These are good optical quality lenses that are offered for FREE to all buyers of PantoGlasses. The lenses are however untreated, meaning they do easily get scratches from the cleaning cloth if it contains microscopical particles of dust, or from touching a surface with the front of the lenses. AntiReflex Coating (AR) and Hard Coating (HC) is recommended.
AR - Antireflex Coating reduces glare and reflections in the front and back surface of the lenses, giving a much more comfortable and sharper view. HC - Hard Coating is a Quartz Coating that makes the soft plastic surfaces much more resistent to scratches from the environement, and from the cleaning processes.
